Flooding on Commercial Street in Old Cwmbran
THE fire service received reports of flooding in Old Cwmbran last night.
The South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said flooding was reported on Commercial Street just before 9.30pm and that Torfaen County Borough Council has been informed.
