TWO GPs have pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of a 12-year-old boy.
The two doctors Lindsey Thomas, aged 42, of Copper Beech Drive, Tredegar, and Joanne Rudling, aged 45, of Blackberry Way, Cardiff, appeared at a plea and case management hearing at Cardiff Crown Court today.
They have both been charged with manslaughter for the unlawful killing of Ryan Morse, 12, by gross negligence.
Ryan, of Brynithel, Blaenau Gwent, died on December 8, 2012.
Both defendants pleaded not guilty.
They are both on unconditional bail and will next appear for trial on May 3.
The trial is expected to last three weeks.
