Gwent Police have confirmed that a 19-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. This death is not being treated as suspicious.

WELSH Ambulance Service have confirmed they dealt with a fatality at the Kingsway Centre this afternoon.
An ambulance and a rapid response vehicle arrived at the scene at 2.25pm, just two minutes after a South Wales Fire and Rescue Service crew from Duffryn.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman stated: "Unfortunately a fatality was dealt with at the scene by the Kingsway Centre this afternoon. Paramedics left the scene at 3.20pm."
