Gloucestershire Constabulary have said a body has been found in the search for missing man Lee Searle.
A spokeswoman for the force said: "Officers looking for the 44-year-old, who had gone missing from the Chepstow area, found the body near Lee's home address this afternoon.
"Formal identification has not yet taken place but Lee's next of kin and the coroner have been informed.
"Enquiries are currently continuing into the death."

Severn Area Rescue Association (SARA) was called out to assist the police force with this search.
"Our thoughts are with the man's family at this time," a spokesman for SARA said.

POLICE in Gloucestershire are concerned for the welfare of a man missing from the Chepstow area.
Lee Searle, 44, was last seen at 5pm on Monday August 21 in Sedbury, and was holding a carrier bag.
He is described as five feet 10 inches tall, of medium build with short dark brown hair and a beard.
Anyone who has seen Mr Searle is urged to call 101 and quote incident 347 of 21/8.
