AN INQUEST into the death of a 15-year-boy in Bassaleg, Newport, has been opened and adjourned.
The body of Thomas Rowe was found at an address in Farrier's Gate, Bassaleg, on Saturday October 7.
A post mortem examination found the provisional cause of death to be asphyxia and hanging.
Senior coroner for Gwent David Bowen adjourned the inquest for two months, to enable inquiries to be completed.
