Pooler crushed Ebbw Vale 34-12 at Eugene Cross Park to keep their hopes of avoiding relegation well and truly alive.
Adam Brake, Tom Edwards and Sam Mills crossed for tries and Geraint O'Driscoll booted 19 points.
Rhys Jenkins and Marc Jones scored tries for the Steelmen.
Cross Keys stunned title-chasing Newport 32-17 at Rodney Parade, bagging a four-try bonus point in the process.
Meanwhile, Blackwood sealed the Division One East title with victory against Bargoed at Glan-yr-Afon Park.
