THE Wales national football team will be based at the Novotel Thalassa Dinard in Brittany during Euro 2016 in June.
The spa resort, which has hosted numerous football teams in the past including Paris Saint-Germain and Bordeaux, will also be the French national team’s base later this year.
It has world class spa and recuperation facilities and an exclusive self-contained wing that will house Chris Coleman’s squad and will create the "best possible environment prior to and during UEFA Euro 2016," says a Football Association of Wales press release.
There’s also an onsite fitness centre that includes three indoor swimming pools, steam room, gym and recuperation facilities.
The four-star hotel is situated within 30,000m² of park land and overlooks the beautiful Dinard coastline.
Dinard Pleurtuit Saint-Malo Airport is just 4.5 miles away from the team base, Rennes airport is 40 miles away and St Malo railway station is 25 miles away.
Dinard FC will be the Wales training base, below, and is situated 1.8 miles away from the hotel and boasts two training pitches, three changing rooms and will be equipped with a 600-seat stand, pre-training gym and a media centre.
