NOEL & VALERIE TRIGG (Councillor of Bettws) would like to wish a HAPPY NEW YEAR to my many friends in St. David Lewis Church, Canon Henry Davies and his wife and the Congregation at St. David's, also our Thursday morning Prayer Group. Happy New Year to the people of Bettws and the rest of Newport and to Council staff. Thank you all for the many cards and messages received, it would be impossible to thank you all personally.
