PARSONS The family of the late Anthony Alfred Parsons (Tony) wish to thank friends, neighbours, colleagues and our wider Christian family for your prayers and support during recent months and also for the comforting messages of condolence received.Special thanks to Rev. Linda Price, Godfrey Fielder, Rev. Richard Harrison, Ray Moreland, the ladies of Cornerstone Church and all who attended the Thanksgiving Service. It was such a blessing to be able to use the excellent facilities of Castle Street Methodist Church. The generous donations received will be forwarded to Saint David's Foundation Hospice Care, in acknowledgement of the wonderful care given to Tony and the family, particularly by Marlene. Grateful thanks, also, to the G.Ps and District Nurses of Goytre/Churchwood surgeries, staff of Velindre and Nevill Hall hospitals, the O.T. team and the dedicated employees of Allied Healthcare, Ebbw Vale. We have greatly appreciated the sensitive and professional way in which Kerrie, of Arthur Peake and Sons Funeral Service, ensured that all went smoothly on the day of the burial and service.
