Pop heartthrobs Union J arrive at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena this Sunday (December 15) with news that they will release their new single ‘Loving You Is Easy’ on December 29th. The track is taken from their top 10 self-titled album ‘Union J’ which is out now. The band are also about to embark on their first ever UK headline tour.

The track is an uptempo dance number and was penned by R&B heavyweight Jason Derulo. Jaymi from the band said:

“This song is about how it sometimes feels like you’re never going to meet the right person, but when you do it’s the greatest feeling in the world. Jason Derulo is such an inspiration to us and we’re so pleased to record this single and are looking forward to writing new material with him once we come off tour”

Like some of their pop counterparts, Union J were brought together by X Factor. Jaymi Hensley, Josh Cuthbert and JJ Hamblett were Triple J before the show made the brilliant decision to add George Shelley, giving us Union J.

Since their time on the show it has been non-stop for the boys… as well as the chart success with their debut single ‘Carry You’ they are about to embark on their very own headline UK tour. They also have their own merchandise including dolls, fragrances, stationery, and jewellery amongst other things, most of which are available at Claire’s Accessories and they have a double-book deal with Penguin.

The band will be supported this Sunday by 18-year-old Elyar Fox. Elyar’s debut single ‘Do It All Over Again’ the floor-filling debut single will be released by RCA on January 12.

The song, a sure-fire club favourite thanks to a bouncing, energetic bassline, was co-written by Elyar Fox and Chris Young (The Wanted, The Saturdays) about a party that never ends. With a persistent acoustic riff, synth beats and a personality-driven, arms-in-the-air middle 8, the track will undoubtedly be one of 2014’s first huge hits.

Elyar Fox sparked attention on the music scene at the age of 16 when he spent his gap year between GCSEs and college hustling for a record deal, meeting with talent scouts and label execs with his 17-year-old best friend acting as his manager. As views on his YouTube channel reached tens of millions and having attracted interest from all of the UK’s major labels, Elyar eventually signed with Global Talent, in conjunction with RCA.
