X Factor winner Leon Jackson is coming to the Cardiff International Arena in March for two performances.
The 18-year-old Scot beat 150,000 other hopefuls to win the ITV1 talent show after a nail biting final featuring Welsh operatic maestro Rhydian and pop duo Same Difference.
Jackson realised he could forge a career in music after his friends complimented him on his voice, dragging him to karaoke on a weekly basis.
A fan of contemporary jazz, he cites his influences as Michael Bublé and Jamie Callum.
And something of an Indiana Jones, had Jackson not been triumphant on X Factor, he had planned on starting university to undertake an architectural technology course.
He is due to perform at the CIA on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 11 and 12, at 7.30pm.
