RIOT Act Promotions present two live shows at Newport's Le Pub this month featuring some of the best up and coming British bands around.
Straight from supporting The Gossip on tour, Wet Dog - a striking all girl spiky post punk group - continue their rise to superstardom with an appearance tomorrow night.
And Forgotten Sleep hop over from Bristol with their soulful indie rock, spreading the essence of 1980s American gods like Pixies and Throwing Muses.
Newport trio Caballero grace the Le Pub stage for the second time in a month with their edgy brand of folk-punk.
Then next Saturday on January 26, New State Radio, a hard-hitting three-piece from Newport play at Le Pub.
They will be joined by Star of 59 give their fusion of 1970s rock and Clash-style music a more vibrant, contemporary feel.
And finally, Johnny Trashed - a Johnny Cash punk tribute - promise to be as hard hitting as the great man himself.
Advance tickets are available from Diverse, Rockaway and In Exile in Newport.
The Wet Dog show is £4 in advance and £5 on the door and New State Radio is £3 in advance and £5 on the door.
Doors open at 8pm for both gigs.
