ROWLAND Sylvia Joyce Suddenly on February 23rd Sylvia Joyce Rowland passed away at home in Caerwent. We will be having A Celebration of life taking place at Sudbrook Cricket Club, Caldicot, Wednesday 6th April, 4pm, all are welcome who knew her from days at Avon Aluminium, Leffmans, Caldicot Castle Banquets and of course Coral Racing Betting Shop in the village or from her days growing up in Ebbw Vale, please join us and share your memories with us.
