TWOHIGG Philip Edward Phil, of Redland Street Newport, devoted father to Leon and Jamie, beloved Bamppy to Maia and Evie, passed away on 2nd July 2022. The service will be held at 1.30pm on 5th August, at Risca Funeralcare, 20 Commercial St, Risca, followed by a celebration of his life at the Rogerstone Alcan club at 3.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations to Cancer Research Wales may be left at the funeral home.
