PHILLIPS Alan Layton On 18th July, peacefully at County Hospital, Pontypool, Alan of Cwmbran. Beloved Husband of Pamela, adored Dad of Katherine, loved father-in-law of Christopher and treasured Papa to his grandsons Ayrton and Ethan.
