PAYNE Alan Raymond Passed away peacefully at The Grange University Hospital on Saturday 30th July 2022, aged 87. Beloved husband of Juliet. Alan will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral will take place on Monday 5th September 2022 at Gwent Crematorium at 1:30pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be given at the service for RNLI. Black clothing optional.
