THOMAS David William (Dai) Suddenly on 9th August, aged 75 years, former steward of Tredegar Constitutional Club. Much loved husband of Susan, father of David and Sharon, father-in-law of Becky and Paul and grandfather of Mary, Ben, Daisy and Ffion. R.I.P. Funeral Thursday 1st September, Requiem Mass at St Mary's RC Church, Stow Hill at 3pm followed by cremation at Langstone Vale Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired payable to either Velindre Hospital or Royal Gwent Hospital Cardiology Fund may be given online at www.toveybros.co.uk/funeral or sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.

My thought are with Sue, Sharon and Dave’s family and friends on this difficult day.

He was a smashing bloke with a huge personality and will be greatly missed.
