SPECK Barbara (née Mortimer) (Formerly of Cwmbran) (Ex. C.D.C. and Torfaen Council) Passed away peacefully on 28th August 2022. A much-loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A very special lady who will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. A celebration of Barbara's life will take place on Thursday 15th September 2022 at Barry Crematorium at 12:00pm Family flowers only please.
