BUNCE Andrew John BUNCE, Andrew John, 71, passed away at home in Spalding, surrounded by family, on Oct 2, 2022. Andrew is survived by his wife of 48 years - Sheila, his 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and his 2 beloved sisters. He is now reunited with his brother Stephen, whom he missed so dearly. A Merchant Naval Officer by trade, Andy spent the latter half of his career in the hotel industry, working across the globe. Throughout his retirement he dedicated himself to the Volunteer Car Service. He loved to travel, and recently completed a European tour, as well as a trip to Canada. He was known for his conspicuously kind and generous nature and his beautiful tenor singing voice, but above all for his amazing hugs. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, Oct 19th, at St Bartholomew's, West Pinchbeck, Lincs, at 1pm, followed by a committal at South Lincs Crematorium, Surfleet, and reception at Woodhouse Farm Hotel, Spalding. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honour to the RNLI.
