PRICE Derek Derek Price of Rogerstone, former teacher at St Julian's comprehensive school for nearly 30 years, passed away suddenly on September 26th. Funeral service at the Gwent crematorium, Cwmbran on Monday 24th October at 2.30pm. Formal black is not required as it will be a celebration of Derek's life. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu to Alzheimer's UK may be given at the service. Mr Price taught me from 1973 to 1975 and I have never forgotten him. He was an excellent teacher , great fun, and an all round decent man. He made all his students feel they were worth something. That was his magic. RIP Mr Price - you made a difference. Pat Isaac
