KEMPSON (Joe) Joseph (Retired Council Foreman) On 18th November, peacefully in his sleep, at Parkland Care Home, aged 82 years. Companion of the late Pat, much loved dad of Mike and Rob, also Mike's fiancée Nic. Loving grancha of Laura, Bethan and Mollie. Funeral service to take place at St Patrick's RC Church at 10:30am, followed by cremation at Langstone Vale Crematorium at 11:30am, on Tuesday 20th December 2022. Family flowers only, donations if so desired to Cancer Research & British Heart Foundation, can be made at the service or sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
