BOWEN David Thomas Late of Christ College Brecon, Solicitor, recently retired after 40 years HM Coroner of Gwent and retired after 30 years. The Under Sheriff for Gwent, died February 19th at home, aged 80, the husband of his beloved late wife Heather. As he requested, there will be no funeral service.
