GIBBS Winifred Emma Passed away peacefully on 15th April 2023 at the Royal Gwent Hospital. Sadly missed by her children, Keith, Clive, Linda, Philip, Julie, David and all of her grandchildren. Funeral will be held on Monday 22nd May 2023, Gwent Crematorium at 12.30pm. Flowers welcome, donations in lieu made payable to British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9-11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH
