TRUMAN Helen Elizabeth (nee Dover) Sadly passed away at home after a long illness so bravely fought, on Wednesday 14th June 2023, aged 72. Helen was Mayoress of Newport 2003. Much loved wife of Ray, loving Mother of Terry and Clare, loved Granny to Annabel, Sister to Jackie. Helen will dearly be missed by all her family, her many friends and former work colleagues. Funeral will be held on Friday 21st July, service at Gwent Crematorium Croesyceiliog 1:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers for St David's Hospice Care may be given on the day or sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9-11 Cardiff Road, Newport NP20 2EH.
