ROWE Elizabeth Rose Joan The Rowe Family announces the passing of their beloved mother and grandmother. Joan Elizabeth Rose Rowe who died peacefully on the 22nd June 2023. The service will be held on Thursday 20th of July at 1:30pm at Langstone Vale Crematorium. Family flowers only, but if desired donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the British Heart Foundation.
