ORD Patricia Edith "Pat" of Chepstow, formerly of West Yorkshire Peacefully passed away at Chepstow Community Hospital on 18th August aged 87 years. Beloved Mam of the late Gillian Hewitt, much loved Grandma of Charlotte and Alex and Great Grandma who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Langstone Vale Crematorium on Friday 29th September at 1.30 p.m. By request family flowers only.
