MINTO Rupert (Roggy) Sadly passed away on 25th October at the Royal Gwent Hospital aged 71 years. Loving partner, father, grandfather and friend to many. Funeral will be held on Friday 1st December, service at New Seasons' Church, Commercial Road at 11:30am followed by interment at St Woolos Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations for Pancreatic Cancer UK and Velindre may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9-11 Cardiff Road, Newport NP20 2EH.
