CONTE Louisajane (nee Hart) After a short illness, Lou passed away peacefully on 7th December 2023 at St David's Hospice, aged 43 years. Beloved daughter of Lyn and the late John Hart, much loved sister of Steve and Sarah and aunt to Jack and Alfie. Funeral, Wednesday 27th December at Langstone Vale Crematorium at 1pm.
