BAILEY Stuart Edward Rupert Died peacefully at St David's Hospice, Newport, South Wales on Friday 5th January 2024. A truly unique soul, he will be fondly remembered as a man who touched the lives of everyone he met. Memorial service to be held at St Cadoc's Church, Caerleon on Friday 9th February, 11.15am. Reception afterwards to follow at the Ponthir House. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made payable to RSPCA and Maggie's Cardiff may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9-11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
