TOVEY Joan Sadly on 6th September 2024, Joan Tovey of Croesyceiliog, passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of the late Ray Tovey. Will be deeply missed by son Michael. Funeral Wednesday 9th October 2024, 11am service at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations may be given at the service for The British Red Cross.
