TOWNSEND Mel Thanks for your patience through all last years together for the care and devotion you lavished on me, for the calm resignation that I could not get better, for bravely excepting what you knew had to be, thanks for the rose that you placed in my coffin and the last kiss good-bye that your dear lips bestowed If I could give you the earth and all of its riches it would only be half of the debt that I owed.
