THIS Sunday, an art auction will be held at Barnabas Arts House, Newport, with all money raised going to St. Anne’s Hospice.
A vast selection of highly acclaimed artists will be for sale without reserve.
The catalogue lists more than 50 artworks from the likes of John Selway, Philip Muirden, Thomas Rathmell, Jamie Routley, John Goddard and Mike Rowland, including some original pieces, plus many other established and exciting newcomers to the Welsh art scene.
There will be pre-auction viewings tomorrow, 9.30am - 1pm and Sunday, 11am - 2pm The auction will start at 2pm on Sunday.
This is a unique opportunity to enhance or commence your art collection, as all artworks will be sold without reserve.
All proceeds will be donated to St Anne’s Hospice.
The auctioneer will be the well-known Welsh artist and regular radio and TV presenter Osi Rhys Osmond. If you have an interest in art, an interest in life itself and an interest in this and muchneeded cause, go along.
