Man cut from car after Pengam crash
A MOTORIST was cut free from a vehicle following a collision on Ffynonwen Terrace, Pengam, last night.
Following the incident near Blackwood, a 25-year-old man was taken to Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr Tydfil, with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
Emergency services responded to a call at 10.55pm, with two fire and rescue crews from Cefn Fforest and one from Pontypridd attending.
Hydraulic cutting equipment was used to cut one motorist free, with the incident dealt with by 11.30pm.
