M4 crash at Malpas causes delays
AN ACCIDENT on the M4 in Newport is causing delays this afternoon.
The crash between two-cars has been cleared to the hard shoulder, but people slowing to look at accident is causing disruption to trafffic flows.
The incident happened on the eastbound side between J27 at Highcross and J26 at Malpas, around half a mile before J26.
