GWENT Police are appealing for help in finding a man they would like to speak to about a fire on Blackwood High Street.
The blaze destroyed the Poundstretcher store in the town on 1st May and is being treated as arson.
Stephen John Powell, 27, is white, 5 ft 10 inches tall and of slim build. He has short/shaved brown hair and blue eyes. He is known locally in Blackwood as "Turkey".
