Man in court over Blackwood Poundstretcher fire
A MAN is due to appear in court this morning charged over the fire which devastated the Poundstretcher store in Blackwood.
Police say they have arrested a man they wanted to speak to in connection with a fire at the store in High Street on May 1.
Officers said Stephen John Powell, 27, has been charged with arson and is due to appear before Caerphilly Magistrates court this morning.
