OVER the weekend tributes to the mother of two who died in a shooting on Thursday continued to appear in Seabreeze Avenue, including bunches of flowers and cards, describing her as a “beautiful angel”.
A man signing his name as Garry next to a bouquet including red roses wrote: “To my darling Sweet Caroline, I miss you so much. My darling visit me when you can. From your loving Garry.”
Another card from friends said: “To my beautiful lifelong friend Caroline, I will miss you so much.
“Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. You were taken far too soon. Until we meet again Car. Lots of love forever, Debbie xxx.”
A further message read: “So happy, happy memories of you Caroline, all the laughs and great times we all had. Will miss you dearly lovely girl xxx.”
One tribute said: “We will miss you so so much Caroline.”
Another added: “So many fantastic memories that can never be taken away.
Thanks for all the joy and laughs.
“I hadn’t known you very long, Sweet Caroline, but I will miss you.”
Colleagues described her as a great friend, while one bouquet was left with “deepest sympathy from the residents of Argosy Way”.
A man living nearby, who gave his name as Fred, told the Argus the community needs more information about what happened.
