GWENT Police have confirmed that the missing Newport man Paul Cooper has been found.

GWENT Police are appealing for help in finding a Newport man who was reported missing from his home on Wednesday.

Paul Cooper, 42, as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall with grey shaved hair with a number of tattoos on both arms. He has a skull and the letters ‘RVF’ on his neck, a large dragon tattoo on his back, the number 14 on one hand and number 88 on the other. He was last known to be wearing a black coat, black jumper with yellow writing on the front of it, blue jeans and black boots.

Officers and family of Paul are particularly concerned about Paul's welfare due to the fact that he has a medical condition and takes medication.
