AN ADVICE day will be held at the University of South Wales today and on August 22 for anyone wanting information on going to university in September.
The University still has a limited number of places remaining on selected courses for suitably qualified students wanting to begin their studies this year.
With 33,000 students, the University of South Wales is Wales’s biggest university and offers a range of courses at different levels.
The day will give visitors the opportunity to visit the university’s Caerleon campus, meet course tutors and speak to support staff.
Sarah Watkins, student recruitment manager said, “We would encourage anyone who wants advice about gaining a university place for this September to come along to one of our advice days.
“We will have experts on hand to provide guidance on which courses are still available, and visitors will be able to see the facilities on offer at our campuses."
The advice day will take place between 10am and 1pm.
