BUDDING photographers are being urged to capture the magic of this year’s Abergavenny Food Festival.
The Abergavenny Food Festival/ Shackleton photographic competition is calling on amateur photographers to document their favourite aspect of the event which takes place on September 21 and 22.
The competition, which is sponsored by Shackleton Photographic, of Nevill Street, Abergaveny, is open to all.
First prize in the adult category is a Canon EOS 100D Camera with one 18-55 lens, plus a Sigma 70-300mm lens, a Canon 300EG camera bag, and a Panasonic 8GB SDHC Memory Card. The runner up will receive a 20” x 16” framed poster print of a photographic image of choice.
There is also a category for the under 16s with the prize being a Camlink tp-2500 tripod with case and a framed 20”x16” print.
