BODY FOUND: The body of missing Ebbw Vale man Stephen Roper has been found in Powys
The body of the missing Beaufort man Stephen Roper, 53, who was reported missing to police on Saturday, has been found.
He was found in The Glyn in Talybont-on-Usk in Powys. Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
