A MAN at a bakery in Esperanto Way, Newport had to be released by fire crews after getting his hand trapped in machinery.
Fire crews from Malpas and Maindee were called to the bakery at 12.35am yesterday (THURS), and hand tools were used to free the man.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokeswomen said: “We sent an emergency ambulance and the Hazardous Area Response Team to the scene, and a man in his 20s was taken to Royal Gwent Hospital.”
