The Welsh Ambulance Service said two people were taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport with "minor injuries".

South Wales Fire and Rescue say one person is receiving treatment at the scene of the crash on the M4.

A CAR is reported to be on its roof after a crash involving a lorry which has closed two lanes of the M4 in Newport this afternoon.
Queueing traffic is reported on M4 westbound between J26 at Malpas and J27 at High Cross, because of an accident involving three vehicles. Congestion is stretching to J25 at Caerleon.
