GWENT Police are appealing for help in finding a woman missing from the Newport area since August 31st.

Anna - Marie House, 49 is originally from the Hampshire area but was visiting Newport when she went missing.

It is believed she has been seen in and around the Maindee area.

Anna - Marie is described as white, five feet seven inches tall, with blonde shoulder length wavy hair, she wears glasses and has a northern accent. When she was last seen she was wearing light coloured crop trousers and a sports-type jacket.

If anyone has information about her whereabouts they are asked to call 101.
