TWO lanes are closed and queueing traffic is reported on the M4 this morning due to a broken down vehicle eastbound between J28 at Tredegar Park and J27 at Highcross.
Congestion is reported to J30 at Cardiff Gate and on A48 Eastern Avenue to A48(M) J29a St Mellons.
