Police help man at Risca bridge
POLICE helped a man to safety at a bridge in Risca today.
Officers were called to assist the man, who was seen on a bridge near the Exchange Inn pub in St Mary Street at around 3.30pm.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said this evening that he came down safely from the bridge and is now in the care of medical professionals.
