SCHOOLS, charities and community groups across Torfaen are being invited to apply for a piece of Peter’s ‘Slice of the Pie’ community fund.
The pie maker has pledged to make several donations up to the value of £250 to deserving groups in the area.
Clare Morgan, marketing director at the Caerphilly-based food giant said: “Peter’s has gone from strength to strength since the early days as a small South Wales pie manufacturer, and we are keen to support the local communities that have always supported us.
“Whether you are in need of new kit for your team, painting and decorating materials for your community hall or gardening gear for your school, please get in touch as Peter’s is keen to help out.”
The deadline for applications is October 31 and winning groups must be willing to participate in publicity activity.
