A DRIVER was treated by paramedics last night after crashing into railings in Newport.
Fire crews from Maindee and Malpas attended the crash on Chepstow Road in Ringland, at 5.53pm on Friday night.
A spokeswoman for South Wales Fire and Rescue Service could not say whether the driver, who was the only person involved, was a man or a woman.
Fire fighters left the scene at 6.26pm.
