TICKETS are still available for events taking place at this year's Newport Food Festival.

Visitors have the chance to learn from the UK's finest chefs, booking a master-class or attending a chef demonstration at Newport city centre on October 5.

Tea lovers can find out how to make the perfect brew with Barry Chantler, of Chantler Teas, in the Market Hall at 1pm.

Lisa Fearn, of Pumpkin Patch, will be teaching children how to make pasta at 12pm in the Market Hall, and adults at 4pm.

The Riverfront will host chef masterclasses which will include Stuart Spicer, of The Lodge in the Celtic Manor, Hywel Jones, of Lucknam Park and Anand George, of the Purple Poppadom in Cardiff.

Tickets for the chef demonstrations are free and tickets for the masterclasses cost £5 and include a drink.
