Car overturned between Newport and Cwmbran
A CAR has overturned on the Croesyceiliog bypass this afternoon.
The car overturned southbound between Tre-herbert Road and the B4236 Caerleon Road.
There are delays southbound between the crematorium roundabout and County Hall roundabout, because of recovery work.
A local diversion is in place.
